Solicited for free trial print cartridge and then invoiced at higher amount. Called company and was treated very rudely by Victoria. Filed report with BBB and was called by Shella, who insisted that we must pay invoice and will be charged 18% interest fee and penalties.
The cartridge is a second hand HP cartridge.
