I purchased my car used from Miller Dodge Chrysler Jeep approx. a year and half ago. Shortly afterward, the car was in a serious accident due to skidding on wet roads. It has since been in many near accidents. Today is the last day I want to drive it. I almost was killed. I took it to my mechanic and he gave me information from dealerconnect Chrysler's website that states the problem is with the design of the vehicle's brake system. It was improved on the 2003 model. I am afraid to drive it and I still owe money on the car loan. What can I do about this?
